Unsung Hero Movie Review

Unsung Hero Movie Review

I had the pleasure of receiving a screener for the movie, Unsung Hero. This true story follows the lives of the band FOR KING + COUNTRY and you have to take your family and friends to see their new film in theaters April 26! Every character has their moment and the value of family and faith is so strong. It was a lot of fun to watch their roles and see how they found their individual talents to use as careers and they stayed close as a family even to this day doing what they love.

Rebecca St. James

When David Smallbone’s successful music company collapses, he moves his family from Australia to the United States in search of a brighter future. With nothing more than their six children, their suitcases, and their love of music, David (for KING + COUNTRY’s Joel Smallbone) and his pregnant wife Helen (Daisy Betts) set out to rebuild their lives from the ground up. Based on a remarkable true story, a mum’s
faith stands against all odds; and inspires her husband and children to hold onto theirs.

The Cast

Never heard of this movie, but the idea of it being based on a true story of the band is really interesting

This is the first that I have heard of this movie. It captures my attention, because it’s a true story about a family taking risks and going through all of the heartbreaks that life caused them! The bottom line is they did it together as a family!!
