Do you shop GOODWILL for a good cause? 2020 Bring Good Home Award Wa. Giveaway

I was not compensated for this feature

Do you shop GOODWILL for a good cause? We want to hear about it!

Pam Nelson, a Librarian at Pacific Christian Academy in Federal Way, Wa does! Here is her story:

Pam turned an old closet and just 1,900 books into a full library with over 8,000 books. When the school had to let go their Librarian years back due to budget cuts, the kids lost their reading space. Pam took to scouring Goodwill on weekends to find new books that would revive the space and give the kids a library space again.

Goodwill’s Olympics & Rainier Region annual “Bring Good Home” donation of $500 for her good will will allow Nelson to purchase up to 1,000 more books for her library.
