Have a Gluten-Free Mexican Food night with Udi’s Burritos

This is a sponsored post for Walmart Gluten-Free Foods on behalf of Sverve

If you have visited Walmart lately you may have noticed the many Gluten-Free products they have available at their everyday low prices. One of my favorite brands is Udi’s. Udi’s makes many gluten-free products such as breads, burritos, frozen meals, bagels, snacks, chips, pizza, granola bars, rolls and more. So many of you are on gluten-free diets and shopping for such foods is now easier and more convenient.
In the spirit of our Seattle Seahawks making it to the championships, I had made a fun football field dip for a Mexican food night at home. The boys loved it as they ate Udi’s Chicken Burrito and dipped their chips and veggies into the bean and guacamole dip set up I made. Not only are Udi’s Burritos gluten-free and full of healthy ingredients, they can pair with a fun dip or spread to make dinner fun with a theme your family enjoys.
To recreate the dip above, you can find all gluten-free products needed for this creation. I laid down a tortilla for a base and spread refried beans then a layer of guacamole. Used bean to prop up yellow peppers for the goal posts. Sliced a radish and spread bean on it then sour cream for the lines for a football. Olives were the players and veggies for the fans. So quick and easy!

Along with the veggies and beans from the dip, we ate some delicious Udi’s Burritos that offer gluten-free ingredients with a delicious taste. Udi’s Burritos come in 8 flavors
  • Steak, Cheddar and poblano
  • Spicy SW Veggies and Cheddar
  • Sausage, Egg and Cheese breakfast burrito
  • Egg white, SW veggies and cheddar breakfast burrito
  • Uncured bacon, egg and cheddar breakfast burrito
  • Jalapeno chicken apple sausage breakfast burrito
  • Bean & cheddar
  • Chicken, bean and cheddar
These delicious flavors can be found in the Gluten-free frozen section at your local Walmart.
We tired the Chicken, Bean and Cheddar flavor. This burrito is full of chicken, black beans and cheddar cheese. It has 250 calories and 11 grams of protein making it a fulfilling lunch or dinner item. They were under $3 a burrito and packed with flavor.
