Culterelle Kids Probiotic Popsicle Recipes

This is a promotional post. Opinions are my own

Having a healthy gastrointestinal track means the good bacteria can do its job while the bad bacteria does not overwhelm the digestive system. Keeping the bacteria regulated is not only needed in adults, but kids too! Just think of the foods they tend to consume!

Getting kids to take supplements can be difficult. By now my son inspects every gummy I offer him-is this candy or not? I can never get away with “Here drink this! Make sure you drink it all! ” That’s a dead giveaway this drink is no fun! So I was presented with a trick! Popsicles. What child would ever guess his or her popsicle is a supplement? Mine never would.
Below are some fun popsicle recipes! Grab some Culturelle Probiotic Kids packets, try these recipes or make your own and empty a packet into the mix. They’ll never know! You can even add them to your treats in a house of adults-just break open a Culturelle adult capsule and add it to your recipe. I will now be adding Culturelle packets to my recipes as I also do flax seed as well.
*Note: When mixing a probiotic powder into a recipe, make sure it is a cold or frozen treat. Do not dissolve powder in a hot or warm beverage or treat! The Culturelle Kids packets are tasteless so you can add to any cold beverage or recipe!
